This Policy does not pertain to the protection of those data. What We Colect
When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services or registering to use the Services, the Company requires you to provide the Company with personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address ("Required Contact Information"). When purchasing the Services, the Company may require you to provide the Company with financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address and/or the number of employees within the organization that will be using the Services ("Billing Information"). The Company may also ask you to provide additional information, such as company annual revenues, number of employees, industry, type(s) of services you or your organization currently use, etc. Contact Information, Billing Information, and Optional Information about Customers are referred to collectively as "Data About Tachyus Customers".
As you navigate the Sites, the Company may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies, pixel tags and Web beacons ("Web Site Usage Information"). Web Site Usage Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, and the actions you take on the Site (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked). Please see the section below entitled "Website Usage Information" below for further details regarding the collection and use of Web Site Usage Information.
In all circumstances, we may perform these information collection practices and store the data collected through such practices directly or use a third party vendor to perform these functions on our behalf. By accepting this Policy you consent to the collection and storage of your personal information by third party vendors.

Website Usage Information
Cookies, Web Beacons, IP Addresses and Pixel Tags
The Company uses commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies, Web beacons and pixel tags, to collect information as you navigate the Sites ("Web Site Usage Information"). This section describes the types of Web Site Usage Information used on the Sites and how this information may be used.
The Company uses Web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about Customers and Visitors' usage of the Sites and other Services. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular Site tied to the Web beacon, and a description of a Site tied to the Web beacon. The Company uses Web beacons to operate and improve the Sites and other Services.
When you visit the Sites, the Company collects your Internet Protocol IP addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information, and in some cases as part of multiple-factor identification for access to or authorization upload to certain Tachyus websites or servers. For example, the Company uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the Sites.
We may also use "pixel tags," "web beacons," "clear GIFs" or similar means (individually or collectively "Pixel Tags") in connection with the Services to collect usage, demographic and geographical location data. A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel, that is ordinarily not visible to users and may be associated with cookies on a user's hard drive. Pixel Tags allow us to count users who have visited certain pages of our Site, to deliver branded services and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns.
Do Not Track
Currently, various browsers - including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari - offer a "do not track" or "DNT" option that relies on a technology known as a DNT header, which sends a signal to Web sites' visited by the user about the user's browser DNT preference setting. The Company does not currently commit to responding to browsers' DNT signals with respect to the Sites, in part, because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies or regulators, including no consistent standard of interpreting user intent.

Some of the third-parties we work with include the following companies:
